Return and Refund Policy

• A regular order placed online can be cancelled with full refund at any point prior to it being out for delivery.

  • Please call us at (650) 656-8282, or email info@menlobotanica.com to request cancellation

• A large or custom order that requires advance preparation (such as ordering special vases or flowers) can only be refunded partially, up to a reasonable cost that we have already incurred in preparing to fulfill this order.

• If you find that an order that we have delivered is of inadequate quality, or does not match your request — we will replace and redeliver it at no additional cost to you.

• If you place an order for pick up, but were unable to pick it up at the requested date — we will keep it for you for 2-3 days afterwards, but no refund can be issued.

• If you place an order for delivery, but we were unable to deliver through no fault of our own (such as invalid or unreachable address) — we will contact you to make alternative arrangements for delivery, but no refund can be issued.
